A Waterloo man is facing multiple charges after an altercation in the Town of Junius on June 4th. Deputies in Seneca County say that Zachary J. Herman, 24, was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree and menacing in the third degree — following an altercation in Junius. He was arrested on June 8th on the above charges, which stemmed from an incident where Herman allegedly struck another male victim with a dangerous instrument — while engaged in a physical altercation. Herman caused physical injury to the victim. He was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Junius Town Court on July 5th to answer the charges.
