On Sunday at approximately 12:03 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Bruce S. Caplin, age 52 of Ridgefield, CT for driving while intoxicated, BAC .08% or more, improper left turn, failure to keep right, and dazzling headlights following a traffic stop that was on SR 414. Caplin was released on traffic tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 20th at 6 pm..jpg)
