On Friday at approximately 1:41 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John W. Herrmann, age 24 of Seneca Falls, for driving while intoxicated, operating a MV w/ .08% BAC or more, aggravated unlicensed operation, and inadequate/no headlamps following a traffic stop on Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the stop, it was discovered that Herrmann’s driving privileges in NYS were suspended for failure to answer summons in Erie County. Herrmann was released on traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear on June 20th in the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
