Canandaigua Police Department Jonathan Welch reports that on June 8th a Rochester man was charged with grand larceny and petit larceny following an investigation into a series of thefts at the Camelot Apartment complex in Canandaigua.Officers arrested Robert M. Adamski, 31, of Rochester and charged him with grand larceny in the third degree and petit larceny. Adamski is accused of stealing $9,800 in U.S. currency, prescription pills, jewelry and other household items from multiple residences at the Camelot Apartment complex on North Main Street. At the time of the thefts Adamski was employed by the complex as a maintenance worker. He is a suspect in several other larcenies that occurred at the Camelot Apartments and further charges are pending, according to Welch.He was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail without bail.
