On Tuesday at 10:28 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nancy A Snyder, age 54 of Seneca Falls, for identity theft 3rd degree, petit larceny, endangering the welfare of a child (3 counts), and harassment in the 2nd degree. Snyder is accused of using another female’s credit card to purchase phone credits. Snyder is also accused of striking a female on the jaw during a physical altercation while in the presence of three children at her residence. Snyder was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court for arraignment.
