On Thursday at approximately 7:46 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Julie L. Carr, age 29 of Seneca Falls, for criminal mischief 4th and harassment 2nd following a report of a dispute at a local residence. During the investigation, it was determined that Carr had engaged in a physical altercation with another female and caused damaged to the victims property. Carr was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and ROR’d. She is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 13th at 9 am. An order of protection was issued to the victim.
