Earlier this morning at approximately 2:50 am the Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Cody R. Panneitz, age 17 of Clifton Springs, for endangering the welfare of a child after he was found to have picked up a thirteen year old female from her residence that had run away. Panneitz was arrested on Silver Street in the Town of Manchester when his vehicle was spotted and was found to have the thirteen year old in the vehicle with him.Panneitz was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and released. He is to appear in the Manchester Town Court at a later date.
