The Watkins Glen Police Department made the following arrests. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.- Alexandria M Coots, age 18 of Beaver Dams, was arrested on May 20th and charged with petit larceny. Coots will appear in the Village of Watkins Glen Court to answer the charge. – Kelly L McFall, age 46 of Montour Falls, was arrested on May 28th and charged with petit larceny. McFall will appear in the Village of Watkins Glen Court to answer the charge. – Gary Brown, age 53 of Watkins Glen, was arrested on May 31st and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd. Brown was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail. – Albey H Braster III ,age 34 of Pine City, was arrested on June 1st and charged with burglary in the 3rd and petit larceny. Braster was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail without bail. – Zhen Wu, age 37 of Watkins Glen, was arrested on June 1st and charged with burglary in the 2nd and criminal impersonation in the 1st. Wu was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail without bail. – Patrick A Sullivan, age 47 of Evan Mills, was arrested on June 2nd and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana. Sullivan was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail. – Kelly M Hay, age 46 of Montour Falls, was arrested on June 4th and charged with petit larceny. Hay was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail. – Dakota J Hanes, age 19 of Watkins Glen, was arrested on June 5th and charged with criminal trespass in the 2nd, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and possession of an alcoholic beverage under the age of 21. Hanes was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail. – Corey S Bond, age 30 of Burdett, was arrested on June 7th and charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. Bond was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.
