The following were arrested by the Canandaigua Police Department from 5/19 – 6/4. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.- Michael J. Orbino, age 39 of Canandaigua, was arrested May 19th at 8 pm for possession of an open container of alcohol in a public place.- Katrina M. Pierson, age29 of Canandaigua, was arrested May 28th at 11:30 pm for criminal contempt in the 2nd. She is accused of having contact with a protected party of a stay away order of protection during a domestic dispute.- Bobby L. Stone, age 39 of Canandaigua, was arrested May 22nd at 2:28 am for DWI, equipment violation, inadequate lights.- David E. Miller, age 52, and Roberta A. Taylor, age 54, both of Canandaigua were arrested May 23rd at 7 pm for possession of an open container in a park.- Audrienna M. Kolodziejski, age 22 of Farmington, was arrested May 23rd at 10:45 pm for DWI and aggravated DWI.- David A. Bramblett, age 47 of Canandaigua, was arrested June 2nd at 5:20 pm for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd.- Dannielle L. McGary, age 31 of Canandaigua, was arrested June 1st at 3:30 pm for pettit larceny. McGary is accused of stealing prescription medication from an acquaintance.- Robert C. Pessin, age 23 of Canandaigua, was arrested June 4th at 11:45 pm for criminal possession of marijuana in the 5th. Pessin is accused of smoking marijuana outside of the Farmer’s Inn.
