On Monday the City of Canandaigua Police Department charged Vicky C. Sloth, age 59 of Naples, with criminal possession of a firearm.Sloth is accused of possessing a loaded 44 caliber black powder handgun, which she did not have a license to possess. Sloth was located at Kershaw Park after receiving a checkthe welfare complaint from Yates County.Sloth was arraigned in County Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash $5,000 bond.
