On Tuesday the Seneca Falls Police arrested Elizabeth M. Gargan, age 65 of Seneca Falls, for obstruction of Governmental administration and unlawful possession of Marijuana. Gargan was charged after a Local business called in a suspicious person complaint involving a female looking in the windows of the cars in the parking lot of a local Seneca Falls business. Upon arrival Officers spoke with Gargan and discovered that she possessed a small quantity of marijuana. Upon further speaking with Gargan she became aggressive and attempted to engage physically with Police. Gargan was issued appearance tickets and was later released to a third party. She is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 20th at 6:00 pm.
