On Wednesday May 25th Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Corey M. McGhan, age 36 of Victor, for aggravated DWI under Leandra’s Law and criminal contempt in the 1st after it was determined he drove in an intoxicated condition with his three year old child in the vehicle.McGhan drove to his estranged wife’s home, violating an order of protection, and punched her in the head. He was arraigned in East Bloomfield Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
