Waterloo man arrested for stealing tools

On Monday at 6:21 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested James W. Rogers, age 46 of Waterloo, for burglary in the 3rd and petit larceny. Rogers is accused of entering a local residence and stealing tools. The arrest followed the execution of a search warrant at Rogers’ residence. Rogers was arraigned in the Tyre Town court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $4,000 Bail/$8,000 bond. Seneca Falls Police were assisted by Waterloo Police Dept.
