Early this morning the Waterloo Police Department arrested Charles F. Orego, age 41 of Waterloo, on a warrant for criminal tampering in the 3rd, Rresisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. Orego is accused of throwing a box of debris across his neighbors property on May 21st and then causing a disturbance with police when they arrived. The resisting arrest charge is from Orego retreating into his residence after he was told he was under arrest.Orego was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to SCCF on $250/$500 bail. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
