On Sunday the Seneca Falls Police arrested Brandon M. Hoad, age 25 of Ovid, for driving while impaired by drugs, failure to keep right, operating a MV without an inspection, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th, and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on County House Road. Upon further investigation, it was determined Hoad was operating his motor vehicle impaired by drugs. During the stop, police discovered Hoad to be in possession of a controlled substance and marijuana. Hoad was released on Appearance Tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 2nd at 10:00 am.
