Falls man charged with endangering welfare of child

On Tuesday May 10th the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joseph C. Vohs, age 24 of Seneca Falls, for criminal mischief in the 4th, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment in the 2nd following a domestic violence incident at a residence in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the incident Vohs is accused of damaging property at the residence and subjecting a twelve year old child to physical contact. Vohs was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $750 bail/ $1500 secure bond. He will reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on June 8th at 9:00 am to answer to the charges.
