On Tuesday May 10th the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joseph C. Vohs, age 24 of Seneca Falls, for criminal mischief in the 4th, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment in the 2nd following a domestic violence incident at a residence in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the incident Vohs is accused of damaging property at the residence and subjecting a twelve year old child to physical contact.
Vohs was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $750 bail/ $1500 secure bond. He will reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on June 8th at 9:00 am to answer to the charges.
