Cornell University’s 148th Commencement ceremonies will prompt the detour of Route 51 all day Sunday, May 29, until 5 pm. Route 51 outbound and inbound will be on detour using Mitchell Street, Ithaca Road (Route 366), Maple Ave., to East Hill Plaza. This route will be unable to serve bus stops along College Ave., Collegetown, Central Campus and Tower Road. All other routes will be operating normally. For those attending Sunday’s commencement at Schoellkopf Field, TCAT will be providing service from both A Lot, TRB/ or K Lot and B Lot (outlying parking lots) starting at 7 am to 5 pm from the stadium as well as to other stops on campus in between. In addition, a campus shuttle will provide bus service to and from West Campus.
