On Tuesday at 3:10 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Berain L. Winfield, age 33 of Cayuga, on an arrest warrant that was issued from the Town of Seneca Falls Court for violation of a conditional discharge. It was reported that Winfield did not pay court ordered surcharge, restitution, and DNA fee. Winfield was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and released on his own recognizance. 
Winfield paid the fines and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 8th at 9:00 am.
