On Sunday at approximately 5:55 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tabitha M. Hagar, age 31 and Tammy M Kennedy, age 51, both of Auburn, following a complaint of a larceny at WalMart. Hagar was arrested for petit larceny. Hagar is accused of stealing merchandise in the amount of $265.82. Kennedy was arrested for conspiracy in the 6th. Kennedy is accused of conspiring with Hagar to commit the crime of petit larceny. Hagar and Kennedy were release on appearance tickets, and are to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 13th at 6 pm to answer to the charges.
