On Friday the City of Canandaigua Police Department charged Thomas J Stark. age 50 of Canandaigua, for the criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.Stark is accused of selling crack cocaine at the Farmer’s Inn. He was arraigned in City Court and remand to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash $10,000 bond.
