The Waterloo Police Department responded to the Waterloo Little League Fileds for the report of a male that was chasing young children and trying to grab them. Police arrived on scene and arrested the man.They arrested William D.J. Bouchey, 22, of Waterloo and charged him with endangering the welfare of a child. He allegedly chased a Waterloo youth and attempted to grab him.Bouchey was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was released. An order of protection was issued for the victim and Bouchey was instructed to never return to the Waterloo Little League Fields.He will appear on June 1st to answer the charges.
