Police in Canandaigua arrested a 56-year-old resident on child endangerment charges following an altercation, which officers later identified as a domestic incident.The Canandaigua Police Department reports that on May 12th officers arrested Harold A. Sprague, 56, of Canandaigua and charged him with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree.The charges stem from an alleged incident, which occurred on May 11th around 6:30 pm. Sprague allegedly kicked a 3-year-old female victim in the chest during a domestic incident.Additional details of the incident, as well as the condition of the minor were not reported. Sprague was arraigned in Canandaigua City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail.
