A Rochester woman is facing multiple drug charges following the report of a reckless driver on Route 96.Deputies in Seneca County say that Harriet Ndagire, 30, of Rochester ws charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree following a traffic stop on Route 96. Deputies say they received the report of a reckless driver shortly before the stop occurred, and when they stopped the vehicle an investigation revealed that she was in possession of a controlled substance that was not prescribed to her. Ndagire was arraigned in the Town of Varick and committed to the Seneca County Jail on $500 cash bail, or $1,000 insurance bond. She is scheduled to appear in Romulus Town Court at a later date to answer the charges. The investigation is currently ongoing, according to deputies.
