A Clifton Springs man is facing a charge of criminal mischief after allegedly causing damage to a door, which resulted in an arrest warrant being issued.Keith A. Whitney, 28, of Clifton Springs was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree after he turned himself in to Ontario County Sheriff’s Investigators. Whitney allegedly caused damage to a door, valued at $548 at 12 South Main Street in Manchester. Investigators were unable to locate him, which resulted in the arrest warrant being issued. He was arraigned in Manchester Town Court before Justice Williams. He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
