On May 6th deputies arrested a man with no permanent address on charges related to selling imitation controlled substances in the Village of Waterloo.Austin T. Wheeler, 19, was charged with two counts of sale of an imitation controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana following a narcotics investigation. Wheeler allegedly sold imitation controlled substances in the Village of Waterloo, as well as the Town of Waterloo.Deputies say that while taking Wheeler into custody he was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana. He was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court before Judge Folk and released on his own recognizance. Wheeler will appear in Waterloo Town Court on May 13th and Village Court on June 1st.
