On Tuesday, a Rochester woman was charged with burglary in Ontario County following an investigation into an incident that occurred at American Eagle Outfitters at Eastview Mall. On April 12th Natrice Lane, 32, of Rochester allegedly stole property valued at $199. Upon completion of the investigation, Lane was charged with burglary in the third degree and arraigned in Victor Town Court. She was remanded to the Ontario County Jail without bail. She will appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
