A two-car accident in Ontario County resulted in both individuals operating the vehicles getting transported to F.F. Thompson Hospital on Monday afternoon.Deputies say that Heather Holsinger, of Canandaigua was operating a Toyota Sienna, which was traveling in an easterly direction on State Route 96. Holsinger then attempted to turn left into the CVS parking lot in Farmington when her vehicle collided with a vehicle being operated by Christine Sweaton, of Palmyra. Holsinger was taken to F.F. Thompson Hospital by Victor Farmington Ambulance, while Sweaton was transported to Rochester General Hospital. Both complained of chest pain following the accident, which they were treated for. Sweaton’s vehicle had to be towed from the scene and Holsinger was cited for failing to yield while turning left.
