A Rochester man is facing larceny charges after being arrested by deputies in Ontario County at Eastview Mall on Monday. Jeffrey W. Clark, 50, of Rochester was charged with petit larceny and possession of burglar’s tools after he stole $290 worth of merchandise from the Sears store at Eastview Mall. He was also charged with harassment in the second degree after making a verbal threat to a deputy on-scene.He was arraigned in Victor Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 insurance bond. He will appear at a later date to answer the charge.
