On April 19th the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Waterloo woman after she allegedly struck a male multiple times during a domestic dispute. Kari M. Forshay, 24, of Waterloo was charged with harassment in the second degree. She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on May 2nd.
