A pair of Seneca Falls residents were arrested on active warrants on April 22nd following an incident that occurred on April 14th.The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that Danielle M. Bourne, 20, and Florencio L. Alicea, 31, both of Seneca Falls were arrested on active arrest warrants issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court. The arrests stemmed from an incident, which took place in the roadway in front of 13 Van Renssalaer Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Alicea is accused of punching out a window of a vehicle, while two children were present inside the vehicle. One child received minor injuries from the glass and was treated at the scene. Bourne is accused of punching two females, one of which was sitting inside the vehicle with the two children.The females suffered minor injuries and refused treatment. Alicea was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a a child in the second degree. Bourne was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of harassment in the second degree. They were both arraigned in Fayette Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. Alicea was remanded on $1,000 cash bail, or $2,000 insurance bond, and Bourne was remanded on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 insurance bond.A full class A order of protection was issued for all victims involved.
