The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on April 26th at approximately 1:30 pm officers arrested Wayne A. Purnell, 19, of Wolcott on a bench warrant issued by Seneca County Probation and Seneca Falls Town Court.Purnell allegedly failed to complete court ordered community service for a previous petit larceny charge. He was arraigned in Fayette Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 insurance bond.He will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on May 2nd.
