On April 24th the Seneca Falls Police Department reports that a Town resident was arrested on DWI related charges following a traffic stop.Calvin C. McDonald III, 27, of Seneca Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with BAC of .08% or higher, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, following a traffic stop on Fall Street.McDonald was discovered to be intoxicated following a traffic stop, which also alerted police that his driving privileges had been revoked in New York State. He was released on traffic tickets and appeared on April 28th to answer the charges.
