Deputies in Wayne County say a Lyons man was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, menacing in the third degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree following a domestic incident.Tale’ M. Johnson, 22, of Lyons was arrested on the above charges following a domestic incident that took place at his ex-girlfriend’s residence. He allegedly stood outside her home, repeatedly calling her phone. A stay away order of protection was already granted to the victim, which Johnson was violating. Two men went outside to ask Johnson to leave, at which point he pulled out a knife and allegedly threatened the two. He was arraigned in Lyons Town Court and held in lieu of bail. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
