A Geneva man is facing felony DWI charges following a traffic stop in the Town of Geneva. Deputies in Ontario County say that Wakili J. Munoz-Woody, 26, of Geneva was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated after he was observed speeding on County Road 6 in the Town of Geneva. Upon investigation, deputies found him to be operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition, which prompted his arrest.Munoz-Woody was issued traffic citations for driving while intoxicated, as well as speeding. He will appear in Geneva Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
