Wayne County man kicks car, knocks out taillight

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Lance E. Goebert II, 19, of Savannah for criminal mischief in the fourth degree.Geobert allegedly became angry and kicked the taillight of his girlfriend’s car causing it to break. He was subsequently arrested and arraigned in Galen Town Court. Geobert was released on his own recognizance to appear in Savannah Town Court at a later date to answer the charge. The New York State Police assisted with the incident.
