On Friday, April 22nd at 3:28 pm a Victor man was charged with driving while intoxicated on State Route 96 in the Town of Farmington.David W. Groth, 65, of Victor allegedly was operating a 2008 Pontiac westbound on State Route 96 in the Town of Farmington after a property damage accident that occurred at the corner of County Road 28 on State Route 96. He allegedly left the scene of the accident, which prompted the stop. Groth submitted to a breath test and was released. He will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
