The Watkins Glen Police Department reports that Bernard Medina age 42, of the Bronx was arrested on April 23rd and charged with petit larceny. Medina was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $3,000.00 cash bail.Jake L Mattison, 18, of Beaver Dams was also arrested by Watkins Glen Police on April 23rd and charged with petit larceny.
Mattison will appear in the Village of Watkins Glen Court to answer the charge.
