The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on April 22nd at 2:47 pm deputies arrested Shania Sullivan, 19, of Romulus following an investigation into a physical altercation with a minor.Sullivan allegedly punched and choked a 14-year-old on the same date at 7:58 am, and was subsequently charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree. The incident allegedly took place in Varick, where Sullivan will answer the charges on April 27th.
