Gregory E. Harding 66 years old of 6th Street Watkins Glen, NY 14891 was arrested on April 20th and charged with Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the 1st degree, a class E felony after allegedly submitting public benefit application to the Department of Social Services that contained false information. Harding was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Montour Falls Court.
