The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that a Geneva man was arrested and charged with a number of charges stemming from an investigation into a reported break in at Kentucky Fried Chicken/Taco Bell in Seneca Falls.Pedro L. Diaz-Figeuroa, 28, was charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the third degree, conspiracy in the fifth degree, and attempted grand larceny in the fourth degree. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was released upon his own recognizance. He was then returned to the Ontario County Jail, where he is being held on charges that occurred in Ontario County. He will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on May 5th at 5:00 pm.
