On April 6th the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that they arrested a Naples man on charges related to falsifying business records. Dakota Liddiard, 25, of Naples was charged with falsifying business records in the first degree, criminal diversion of a medication and petit larceny. Liddiard is accused of responding to a pharmacy and giving a false name to retrieve medication that was not prescribed to him.He was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he was held for pre-arraignment detention. He will appear in Naples Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
