The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Canandaigua man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following reports of a “sick driver” traveling southbound on State Route 332. Deputies discovered and stopped the driver, who was driving a 2007 Honda SUV, on North Road, in the Town of Canandaigua. The driver was identified as Adam Faville, 44, of Canandaigua and was subsequently found to be driving while intoxicated.He was charged with failure to keep right, improper signal, failure to dim headlamps, driving while intoxicated, and driving while intoxicated per se .08% or higher.Deputies issued Faville traffic citations for the charges and he will appear in Canandaigua Town Court to answer the charges.
