A burglary investigation has been completed in Lodi, which Seneca County Sheriff Timothy Luce is calling solved.On April 13th investigators arrested David J. Rosenberger, 31, of Skaneateles Falls on two felony charges as result of a burglary investigation. Rosenberger allegedly entered a Town of Lodi residence on or around April 6th and stole $1,250 worth of jewelry. He was charged with burglary in the second degree – a class C felony and grand larceny in the fourth – a class E felony. Sheriff Luce stated that investigators recovered the stolen property at a pawn shop in the City of Auburn.Rosenberger was arrested at his residence and then arraigned in Lodi Town Court. He was released by the Court to appear at a later date to answer the charges.
