A Seneca Falls man is facing a variety of charges following a domestic incident that happened in Seneca Falls earlier this month. Seneca Falls Police say that Mark A. Elardo, 47, of Seneca Falls was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth and harrassment in the second following a domestic incident at a residence in Seneca Falls. He is accused of striking another resident and damaging property during the dispute. He was arraigned in Tyre Town Court where he posted bond during arraignment. He is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on April 27th.
