Canandaigua man leads police on motorcycle chase

A Canandaigua man is facing multiple charges after attempting to flee police on his motorcycle on Thursday.The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Thursday afternoon, around 1:01 pm Kory Parker, 24, of Canandaigua was arrested for unlawfully fleeing police in the third degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree, aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree, and multiple speeding citations. Deputies accuse him of fleeing police on his motorcycle after passing an investigator at a high rate of speed on County Road 46. Parker led police on a pursuit through the City of Canandaigua which ended at his residence on Gibson Street. He was arraigned before Canandaigua Town Justice Jones and commanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash or $5,000 insurance bond. He will appear before the Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer the charges, according to deputies.
