The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on April 10th a Canandaigua woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a routine traffic stop.Deputies say that on April 10th around 11:43 pm Walter Stuhler was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated on State Route 5&20 in the Town of Hopewell. The traffic stop stemmed from observations by deputies that Stuhler was speeding.He was issued an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court and will answer the charge at a later date.
