On April 7th at approximately 6:30 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department reports that a Seneca Falls man was arrested following an incident that occurred at Walmart on April 4th.David M. Bowman, 30, of Seneca Falls is accused of stealing merchandise valued at $89.58 from the Seneca Falls Walmart. Bowman had been formally warned to not return to Walmart after a previous incident of shoplifting. He was charged with petit larceny and burglary in the third degree – a felony.Bowman was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750 cash or $1,500 insurance bond. He is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on May 5th at 5:00 pm to answer the charges against him.
