A Hemlock woman is facing a court appearance after issuing a bad check to a Honeoye pizza shop in September of last year. Dana M. Faiello, 33, of Hemlock was charged with unlawfully issuing a bad check. She allegedly issued a bad check to Top Shelf Pizza on September 17th, which was returned for insufficient funds. She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Richmond Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
