On Thursday, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reported that they had arrested a Victor man on charges of endangering the welfare of a child, following an incident on Studick Road in Victor.Troy R. Daggett, 48, of Victor was arrested at 6:30 pm in Victor for endangering the welfare of a child after he allegedly made inappropriate sexual remarks to a 12-year-old. The incident[s] allegedly took place between January and February, which prompted an investigation. He was arrested upon completion of the investigation, according to deputies.Daggett was arraigned in Victor Town Court before Justice Holter who ROR’d him after issuing a stay away order of protection for the victim, deputies say.He will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
