On April 7th at approximately 1:27 pm the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that Brianna C. Beam, 27, of Rochester was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree. She was arrested on a warrant that was issued out of Victor Town Court by Judge Reh in November of last year. Beam was arraigned on the charges in front of Judge Reh and released. She was ordered to pay restitution.
